The Prince William Yankees Baseball Club was founded in June of 1999 and began official operations in August of 1999.  The Club is located in Prince William County in Northern Virginia and participates in local leagues as well as in Regional and National Tournaments.

The Prince William Yankees compete annually in the Blue & Gray Baseball League in the Prince William Division 20 (approx) game season League and against semi-pro clubs from the VBL (Virginia Baseball League), and against other amateur teams from Charlottesville, Richmond, Norfolk and Northern VA, as well as teams from Southern Maryland adding another 20 or more games a season.
